PRAYERS FOR FINE WEATHER: Over the past few weekends our parish priest, Fr. O’Gorman has spoken about the ill effects of the bad weather on the land, the cattle, the farmers and all those involved in our main industry, agriculture. On this Wednesday in Tour and on Thursday in Mountcollins there will be mass at 7 p.m. followed by prayers and adoration, all for an improvement in the weather. This is a great opportunity for the whole parish to pray for a common goal. Communal prayer is an uplifting experience.

CÉILÍ: The final céilí before the summer break will take place on Friday, June 14. Music by Johnny Reidy. Dancing 9.30 – 1.00. Tea and refreshments served.
