BEREAVEMENT: The death took place recently of Sarah Fitzgibbon nee Herr, Badgersfort, Crecora, wife of the late Eddie & mother of the late Seamus. Removal took place from Crosses Funeral Home Ballyneety to Fedamore church. Burial in Fedamore Cemetery. Sympathy is extended to all relatives and friends.

FEDAMORE COMMUNITY CENTRE: A 45 Drive takes place in aid of Fedamore Community Hall on Friday March 29 at 8.30pm in Fedamore Hall. €5 to play, raffle on the night. Ticket sellers will be going door to door, your support is greatly appreciated.

SPONSORED WALK IN AID OF COMMUNITY CENTRE: On Sunday April 7, starting from Fedamore Hall at 1pm. Sponsor cards available from committee members, all are welcome. €10 registration fee on the day for walkers with no cards.

MUSIC: There will be music in Doran’s Bar on St. Patrick’s Sunday 17 March by Eddie Keogh, all are welcome.

SOCCER: Our local team Castle Rovers played Holycross on Sunday last in their divisional cup in poor weather conditions and tough opposition. In the first half Castle took the lead by a goal from Ross Mc Namara and he also hit the net for his second from a penalty in the second half. A good display from all players on the day and a welcome return from injury of our goalkeeper Kieran Mc Mahon. Final result 2 – 0 to Castle.

LOTTO: Castle Rovers weekly lotto draw was held in The Ranch Bar. Numbers drawn were 9 – 18 – 20 – 21. One player with Match 3 – Hannah Fitzgerald c/o Sheila. Thank you for your continued support. Next weeks jackpot €5,600

Registration is now due for the club, money will be collected on Thursday March 21 at 8pm in The Community Centre. All registration must be paid on this date.
