Walkers/Runners: Walking and running for all continues to take place at the GAA Club at 8pm each Tuesday evening. Everyone welcome and can work at their own pace.

GAA Club AGM: There was a good turnout for the Adult AGM which took place at the clubhouse on Friday last Jan 24. Secretary John Keogh stated he would be stepping down this year and the position of secretary is still open at this time. Conor Grene will take up the assistant secretary position. Bernard Grene will stay on as Chairman and Brid Ryan will stay on as treasurer with Kevin Ryan also retaining his position as assistant treasurer. Enda Nicholl is staying on as PRO with Alan O ‘Riordan taking up assistant PRO position. Alan Stack will be the Club Registrar; County Board Delegates are John Keogh and Pat Frawley. East Board delegates are Liam McCarthy and Joe Teefy (Snr). The club have entered the 13 aside Minor Hurling and Football competitions this year and the selectors are Kevin Ryan, Liam McCarthy and Enda Nicholl. The club have also entered the 12 aside U21 Hurling and football competition and the selectors are Alan Stack, Nicky Grene and Mark O’ Dea. Junior B football selectors are Kerry Walker and Enda Nicholl. Junior A Hurling selectors and trainer will be agreed and concluded in a follow on meeting in the coming 2 weeks.

Lourdes Pilgrimage: The Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place June 16 – 21, 2014. Cost is €708 fully inclusive. For further information please read the poster in the church porch.

Volunteering: Local St Clements student Shane O’Neill is hoping to go to Brazil in October for 12 days with Serve, a volunteering organisation set up by the Redemptorists. During the 12 days they plan to help in the building of three houses. In order to be able to go Shane has to fundraise and is holding a table quiz on Friday Feb 7 at 9pm in Vines Grill and Wine Bar, Ballyneety Golf Club. €20 for table of 4, great spot prizes and raffle on the night. Finger food will also be served. All support would be much appreciated.
