On Saturday next February 1 Minister for Arts, Culture & Gaeltacht Jimmy Deenehan will visit Knockfierna at 2.30pm. Mr. Deenehan will launch a guide brochure of Knockfierna which shows famine roads, potato ridges which are still intact since the famine of 1847. All are welcome for this very unique occasion. The afternoon will be followed by entertainment at the Rambling House. All are welcome.
