Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: continues every Wed. from 11am-10pm. We urgently need adorers for the 6-7pm hour. Service of Light in memory of the Dead: will be held in the Parish Church at 7:30pm on Friday 22nd Nov. The liturgy on the night will be prepared by the boys of the CBS Primary School. All are welcome.

Doon Employment Clinic: Ballyhoura Development Rural Employment Service will run a one-to one clinic in Doon Community Centre on Tue. 26th Nov. To book a space to chat to our employment officer Kate Lennon call (087) 7811177. The rural employment service provides a free & confidential service to all in the community.

Doon Community Council: Christmas starts in the Community Centre on Sunday 1st Dec. Santa will arrive at 2pm sharp and it promises to be a great day for all the family.  Senior Citizens’ Christmas party will be held in the Community Centre on Sun. 15th Dec. Mass starts at 12:30pm.  Invitations will be available in the Post Office in the coming week.  Anybody who wishes to attend and cannot get to the post office please advice one of the Community Council members.
