THE Lime Tree has unveiled its new Autumn/Winter programme, and it is stuffed with cultural delights for theatre goers.

The 510-seater venue has gone from strength to strength in the year it has been open, and the new programme reflects that.

The schedule features popular shows such as Tuesdays with Morrie, Heroin (pictured), Auditions Zoe’s Auditions, Decadent’s Eden, Red Kettle’s Beyond the Brooklyn Sky, Grease and Dirty Dancing, plus shows from Barnstorm, College Players, Fishamble, Lambert Puppet Theatre, Ballet Ireland, the Cecilians, Limerick Panto Society and more.

Lots of music in there also, with the Kilfenora Ceili Band, Johnny Duhan, Abba - The Show, The Legend of Luke Kelly, Tom Chapin, The Keary Family and more to light up the state of the art theatre.

The theatre are very excited about the specfic programme tailored to kids, most of which takes place in October.

Italian theatre company La Baracca-Testoni Ragazzi present Spot on October 14, described as a “beautiful interactive piece”. On October 15, Scottish company Paperbell present their “playful exploration of colour set in a magical world of paper”, while Irish companies Branar and Baboro also present work.
