LEGENDARY Scottish songstress Eddi Reader has announced details of a new Irish tour, which will include a gig in Limerick in February.

The internationally acclaimed and enigmatic singer will perform in the Lime Tree Theatre on Friday, Febuary 20, as part of her seventh annual Irish tour.

The former Fairground Attraction singer, whose career has spanned over three decades and eight critically acclaimed solo albums, will release an EP on February 13, featuring versions of both the 1950’s Ray Evans and Jay Livingston song, Mona Lisa and the 1960s classic, Moon River by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer. Eddi will be performing with John Douglas and Boo Hewerdine on guitars, Alan Kelly on piano accordion and Kevin McGuire on double bass.
