LIMERICK band Hermitage Green are gearing up to release their debut album.
The live album, recorded with the superb Joe Chester in Whelan’s, will be released on November 22.
The 12 track record includes Gibson and Golden Rule, the Green’s better known tracks, as well as a wider flavour of their live set, which has encompassed over 500 gigs in the last two years.
“Playing live is all we know. This is a collection of some of the music we have composed over our time together,” say the band.
“A snapshot if you will, of where we are at this moment as a group. This is simply live music, played in front of an audience. This is Hermitage Green with all the trimmings, nerves, mistakes and craic!”
