Suspected petrol bomb attack on car in Island View Terrace
Gardai are investigating a suspected petrol bomb attack on a car in Limerick city.
A 04 registered car which was parked in the driveway of a house at Island View Terrace was set alight at 8pm on Friday night.
The front of the house was badly damaged as a result of the incident.
A technical examination of the scene has been carried out by gardai from Mayorstone Garda Station.
The gardai have yet to establish a motive for the attack.
