GARDAI are continuing to question three men following the seizure of a significant amount of herbal cannabis in County Limerick yesterday.
A package containing around 4.8kgs of the drugs was intercepted by gardai and customs officers when it was delivered to a house in Pallaskenry.
According to the Revenue, the package originated in Spain and passed through Shannon Airport.
The street value of the drugs seized was €86,000.
One man was arrested in Pallaskenry following the interception of the package while two more were arrested in Kildimo during a follow up operation.
The men, who are aged in their 30s and 50s are being questioned at Henry Street garda station under drug trafficking legislation.
