GARDAI at Henry Street in Limerick have located a teenage boy who had not been seen for several days.

GARDAI at Henry Street in Limerick have located a teenage boy who had not been seen for several days.

16 year old Darnel Hayes-Price has been located “safe and well”, according to a garda spokesperson.

“Gardaí wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter. No further action is required,” said the spokesperson.

The teenager had last been seen on Monday, November 23 in the Moyross area of the city.

Meanwhile, gardai in Shannon are continuing to appeal for members of the public to help them trace the whereabouts of 16-year-old Carla O’Connor.

Carla was last seen the vicinity in the of the Cresent Shopping Centre in Dooradoyle at approximately 6.50pm on Wednesday, November 25 last. She is described as 5’6” with blue eyes, long black/red hair and has a slim build. When last seen she was wearing a navy tracksuit with a pink tracksuit jumper.

Gardai in Shannon are appealing for anyone who may have seen Carla or are in a position to help trace Carla, to contact them in Shannon on 061 365900, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
