THE emergency services attended a single car collision at a roundabout at Clarina village this afternoon.
Gardai appealed to motorists to avoid the area if possible.
The accident took place at a roundabout on the Kildimo side early this afternoon.
There are no reports of any serious injuries, and traffic is moving very slowly.
Three units of the fire service attended the scene, and it is understood the passengers of the car had to be recovered from a ditch on the side of the road.
The scene was cleared within a short period of time.
