Plenty attractive ties in Limerick club football championship draws
FOR the first time the draws for the Limerick club football championships were made at Annual Convention, this Sunday.
Champions Dromcollogher-Broadford are drawn in group two.
They will face Monaleen in a rematch of the 2013 final during the course of the championship.
Also in this group are Pallasgreen, St Marys Sean Finns, Ballylanders and St Patricks.
In group two are Fr Caseys, Newcastle West, Galbally, Ballysteen, St Kierans, Adare.
The championship will run along similiar lines to recent years with the top three teams in each group qualfying for the knockout stages.
The format is the same for the intermediate championship.
The six teams in group one are Cappamore, Claughaun, Mungret, Na Piarsaigh, Oola and Bruff.
In group two are St Senan’s, Mountcollins, Athea, Feohanagh-Castlemahon, Gerald Griffins and Hospital-Herbertstown.
