ACCLAIMED musicians Ryan Sheridan and Mundy are set to headline Glenroe’s week-long harvest festival which kicks off on Friday, September 7.

The festival which runs until Saturday, September 15, features something to suit all ages.

On Sunday, September 9, there will be a family fun day including a dog show, an auction and sheep racing. Coverage of the All Ireland hurling final will be televised live on the big screen.

On Wednesday night, September 12 attention turns to glamour with the hosting of a fashion show featuring top designs from local boutiques for both women and men. Thursday sees attention turn to the dance floor where popular entertainers Crystal Swing will be belting out the hits. It’s eyes down on Friday night for the Glenroe Bingo Bonanza night in the marquee at 8pm.

A primary school quiz also takes place in Glenroe Community Hall also on Friday night.

All roads lead to the marquee again on Saturday night when top acts Mundy and Ryan Sheridan take to the stage. Tickets are priced at €25. Gates will open at 7pm.
