Templeville showhouse is open from 2pm to 4pm this Sunday

HUNDREDS are expected at the launch of a new city residential development on Sunday.

Tom Crosse, group property director of GVM - joint agents with Wheeler Auctioneers, said the showhouse will be available to view from 2pm to 4pm at Templeville, Ballinacurra Road, Punches Cross.

“It is a superb residential development of three, four and five bedroom houses with high spec exterior and interior finishes, high energy rating, front and rear gardens and brick paved driveways. It is laid out in a series of private cul-de-sacs that will help embrace a family-friendly and fully landscaped living environment,” said Mr Crosse.

He reports “huge interest” to date in the 44 unit mixed development.

“We’ ve had a lot of enquiries in GVM. Those interested can put their names down for houses on the day,” said Mr Crosse, who remains tight-lipped on the prices. They are available on application.

He describes the location as “perfect”.

“ Everything is on your doorstop - schools, Mary I, shops, the Crescent, pubs, Lime Tree Theatre, sports clubs, Crescent Shopping Centre and University Hospital Limerick,” said Mr Crosse.

Templ eville is being built by Ballymount Properties.

“They have an excellent reputation for exceptional quality control and imaginative build processes developed over the past 40 years,” said Mr Crosse.

All are welcome to see the showhouse this Sunday, November 12, from 2pm to 4pm.
