DANCE Limerick is gearing up to host a new family show by Northern Ireland’s leading contemporary dance company.
Quartet for 15 Chairs, presented by Maiden Voyage Dance, takes place in Dance Limerick this month.
The show, described as a playful performance of mischievous musical chairs for all the family, will have two daytime performances during the mid-term break on Friday February 20 at 11.30am and 2.30pm.
Quartet for 15 Chairs brings together four dancers and a cast of 15 chairs in a riotous and playful game of musical movement.
Audiences are encouraged to let their imagination run free to the performers’ mischievous antics and be swept along with music from Bach and award winning composer Brian Irvine.
The engaging new dance theatre piece is choreographed by Enrique Cabrera. See www.dancelimerick.ie for more.
