Kerry hospital partners with Limerick GAA

BON Secours Hospital, Tralee, which has opened a consultation centre in Henry Street, Limerick, are the new Healtcare partners to Limerick GAA.

Dr James Ryan, team doctor to the Limerick Hurling Team is a Consultant Endocrinologist at the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee and is the driving force behind the Munster Metabolic Clinic.

Ireland’s Private Hospital of the Year 2014, the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee recently opened a new Consultation Centre in the heart of Limerick City to serve the medical needs of people in Limerick and the Midwest Region.

The Manager at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee, Donna Roche, said: “The GAA is the lifeblood of every community in Ireland and we are proud to team-up with the Munster Hurling Champions and Limerick County Board. Our expertise and facilities are available whenever the need may arise through injury or to help clubs maintain the level of player-fitness required to compete at the highest level.”

Ms Roche added: ”Our team at the Bon Secours Hospital Consultation Centre Limerick and in the Hospital in Tralee encompass a comprehensive range of clinical specialities and diversity of sub-specialty interests that will meet the needs of Limerick club and inter-county players of the past, present and future.”
