A MAN has been killed in a road traffic accident in county Limerick.

A MAN has been killed in a road traffic accident in county Limerick.

A 49 year old man was killed in a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle this Sunday evening near the town of Bruff in county Limerick.

The incident occurred on the road outside Bruff, near Riordan’s Pub. The man did not survive the collision and it is understood that he may have hit a tree.

Gardai were at the scene and the road was closed off late on Sunday evening.
