FOURTEEN lots of properties in Limerick valued at over €1.1m will go up for auction in the next Allsop Space auction in Dublin, among nearly 200 properties with a combined reserve of €27m.

Robert Hoban, director of auctions at Allsop Space, said the number of properties is so big that they have decided to begin the auction at the earlier time of 9am in the RDS on February 25 “in order to get through the auction process in an efficient and timely manner.

“The level of interest in having properties sold through our auctions is continuing at an unprecedented level.
