The Triple Crown pub on Athlunkard Street has returned to the sale, after having earlier been withdrawn prior to the auction.

The pub, formerly run by Mayor Gerry McLoughlin, has had its reserve written down to €80,000 from €127,000 for this auction on July 4 in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.

The property is available on a long leasehold of 999 years, and comes with a seven day publican’s license.

A two-bed apartment in The Parc complex on the North Circular Road, which has a current gross rent of €6,000 per annum, is being sold for a reserve of €50,000. Also, a one-bed apartment in The Parc, which is to the rear of Villiers school, has a reserve of €40,000.

A three-bed end of terrace house in Summerville Avenue, on the South Circular Road, has a reserve of €100,000.

A 10.75 acre site at Bloodmill Road, Singland, has a reserve of €30,000.

A two-bed apartment in Glenlara House, Mount Kennett, has a reserve of €27,500.

In all, 121 lots will be sold on the day, from 9.45am.
