LIMERICK accounting and business advisory firm BDO has announced 12 new jobs, which are to be created in the autumn.

LIMERICK accounting and business advisory firm BDO has announced 12 new jobs, which are to be created in the autumn.

The positions will be based in the audit and tax divisions of the firm, which is located on Michael Street in the city centre.

The workforce at BDO has expanded by ten percent in the last two years, and the company says this further expansion “underpins BDO’s commitment to the region and the realisation of its strategic goals”.

Meanwhile, the firm has also announced two appointments. Liam Lenihan from Co Limerick and Chris Fogarty from Co Tipperary.

They have been appointed to the roles of assistant managers in the audit and advisory department of the firm.

Both men completed their training with BDO and qualified as chartered accountants.
