€700k in Limerick properties up for Allsop auction

In all, some 221 lots of properties across the country will be up for sale to the highest bidder, including nine Limerick lots.

In Newcastle West, the former bank building at 1 Church Street, has a reserve of €105,000 to €115,000.

The site, under Lot No 57, comprises retail and office accommodation, and has a current rental income of €4,000 per year, for 20 years, dating to a lease from 2011.

The most expensive lot in Limerick is Lot 38 - 2A & 2B Amhainn Road, Raheen Business Park, which has a reserve of €470,000 to €500,000. The detached warehouse ‘investment’ building is arranged to provide two warehouse units, and extends to approximately 1,894 sq. m (20,388 sq. ft) in total. It has a current rental income of €80,000 per annum

In the city, Lot No 150 is 146 Hyde Road, with a reserve of €15,000. The mid terrace two bedroom house extends to approximately 76 sq. m (818 sq. ft).

Over on the northside, another property in a Regeneration area is up for sale. Lot No 168 is No 42 Cliona Park, Moyross, with a reserve of €25,000, a mid-terrace three-bedroom house, extending to approximately 75 sq. m (807 sq. ft).

Over six acres of land in Corbally, have a reserve of €35,000 in Lot 207.

Another portion of land is for sale in Clondrinagh on the Ennis Road, with a reserve of €60,000 to €70,000

The two parcels of land in Lot 32 extend to approximately 2.21 hectares (5.47 acres).

Eighteen acres of land at Gortboy, Kilmallock, with frontage onto the R515 road and situated adjacent to the Glen Grove housing development, has a reserve of €80,000.

Number 39 Clonmore, Kilteragh, Dooradoyle, a mid-terrace three bedroom house, has a reserve set at €110,000.

A detached four bedroom house in Moanahila, Oola, county Limerick, has a reserve of €75,000.

Just over the border, 4 Boru Walk, Killaloe, a mid-terrace three-bedroom house, has a reserve of €70,000 and currently has a tenant. Last year 1,081 properties sold through Allsop Space, raising €264.5m.
