NEIL Delamere returns to the University Concert Hall this Saturday with his highly anticipated brand new show, DeleMere Mortal.

Renowned for his astute observational anecdotes and trademark razor sharp quips, Delamere is among the leading lights of Irish comedy, starring regularly in shows on RTE and the BBC’s Blame Game and Fighting Talk, plus Channel 4’s Stand Up for the Week.

In his new show, the comic examines the realisation that he has now lived in Dublin as long as he has lived in his family home in Offaly.

Questioning what he has learned in the 16 years since he left home, Delamere dabbles in witty self-reflection and good spirited fun with a trip down memory lane aided by original footage from 90’s quiz show, Blackboard Jungle, when he captained his school team to victory.

Neil Delamere plays the University Concert Hall, Saturday, January 26 at 8pm. Tickets €25. See UCH.
