Over 25 models from the Hilary Thompson Model Agency will team up with local teenagers and a national charity for a special fundraising event.

Budding fashion gurus and catwalk enthusiasts will be delighted to hear that the Youth Advocate Programmes (YAP) Limerick are organising the show in the Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel at 8pm on Thursday November 22.

The event aims to raise funds for developing YAP Ireland’s services for young people and families which include the intensive support programme and aftercare programme in Limerick.

Speaking in advance of the Fashion Show, Serena Holmes, Case Manager in YAP Ireland said: “Youth Advocacy Programme provides a much needed service for young people and families across the country.”

Local businesses will be supporting the event on the night, having donated a number of raffle prizes for the fundraiser.

Over 25 models will take part in the show which hopes to attract a large crowd from the public.

Young people, families and staff from YAP Ireland will support the models from the agency. Local businesses have kindly donated the clothing which will be modelled on the night. The businesses are also invited to come along and support the event through sponsorship. Advertisements are still available in the Fashion Show brochure and stalls can be pre-booked for the night of the Fashion Show by contacting Limerick’s YAP office.

Tickets for the event cost €10.
