Senekah (pictured above) return to a Limerick stage to launch their new single The Frontline - not a tribute to Pat Kenny’s show we are reliably informed! The Noel Hogan produced single is out on May 18 on iTunes and is a taster of the band’s forthcoming album. It will be the second single the band - formerly Seneca - have released from the new album after the excellent Human Relations, which received widespread radio play earlier this year.

Birdthistle - in whom we see comparisons with Mumford and Sons and the Waterboys - will also use the gig to showcase some new material, while their anticipated debut album is in the works and should appear this year.

This is a great chance to see two top local bands, for free, in the city. Don’t miss out!
