The band (pictured above), formed in 2009, have quickly built established a formidable live reputation, given the intense, incendiary nature of their shows.

Jogging recently released Take Courage, the excellent follow-up to debut Minutes, on OOAL, and rather tasty it is too.

Recorded with Chris Common - noted for his production credits that include Mastodon, and Tiny Vipers - the album is a cracker, but to get a real feel for what Jogging are all about, you have to see them live and in the flesh, featuring thundering drums and rumbling bass lines punctuated with generous dollops of melody.

Highly recommended.

Jogging play Bourke’s Bar, Catherine Street, Thursday September 20 @ 9pm. Admission free. See Out On A Limb - Jogging.
