THE weather may not reflect it but spring is in the air for students of Laurel Hill secondary schools who are preparing to host their annual gala fashion show on March 6.

The fashion show has been running for 35 years and is one of the biggest in Munster attracting an annual audience of well over 400 people.

Hosted by the Holman Lee Agency, the show is generously supported by local fashion houses and businesses.

The funds raised from the event are used for the benefit of present and future generations of Laurel Hill Coláiste and Laurel Hill Secondary School students.

A host of leading Limerick city fashion stores will be exhibiting their 2014 spring/summer collections on the night.

There will also be a number of spot prizes up for grabs on the night. The fashion show takes place in the Strand Hotel on March 6 at 8pm. Tickets are available from both schools. Contact 061-313636/ 061-319383.
