City to host series of food and craft stalls this season

STARTING this weekend, Limerick city will celebrate its culinary and craft talent as several events will take place, every weekend until Christmas Eve.

STARTING this weekend, Limerick city will celebrate its culinary and craft talent as several events will take place, every weekend until Christmas Eve.

From Thursday, December 12, until Christmas Eve, the Milk Market will showcase more than 60 stalls, where food, craft and fashion stalls will be open for the public.

The annual Christmas Crafts Bazaar will take place at the former Franciscan Church, Henry Street, from Friday, December 13, to Sunday, December 15, and Friday 20 to Sunday 22. Admission is free.

Saturday stalls on Cruises Street this December will showcase the Christmas theme with 16 stalls offering some potential Christmas gifts at “reasonable” prices every Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
