Fashion show to benefit Limerick animal sanctuary

The Ursula Stokes Agency, in association with Limerick Animal Welfare, is staging the Patch 2 Fashion Show at the Castletroy Park Hotel on Thursday, March 5, to raise much needed funds for the charity.

The Ursula Stokes Agency, in association with Limerick Animal Welfare, is staging the Patch 2 Fashion Show at the Castletroy Park Hotel on Thursday, March 5, to raise much needed funds for the charity.

Every day of every year since 1983 Limerick Animal Welfare has rescued animals in distress, mistreated, lost or abandoned. The animals are rehabilitated and re-homed thanks to the generous support of the Limerick public.

Funds raised from the upcoming fashion will help complete the sanctuary building programme in Kilfinane, where LAW is based. Last spring, Patch - The Fashion Show was a tremendous success hopes are high for the 2015 event.

Celebrity guest male models will be strutting their stuff on the catwalk and models from the Ursula Stokes Agency will be showing collections from Frocks & Frills, Joannes, Sefton House Bridal, The Ivory Closet, Swamp & Born.

The Tony Connolly menswear collection will be modelled by Myles Breen, Steve Spade, Killian Fitzgerald, Trevor Birmingham, Liam Whelan, Fergal Deegan and more.

Tickets at are €10 available from LAW shops in William Street and Parnell Street, the Golden Grill on William Street and via 087-2569244, with a limited number available at the door. The show begins at 8pm.
