Right in the centre of limerick with a great view down to the street from the restaurant window. Food is great and very modern rooms.

Very comfortable and modern hotel, welcoming but smart. The web site says it all but the reality is not as pretentious as the write up on the site! The rooms feel homely rather than stark and impersonal. Very warm despite frost on the ground outside, all rooms have full length windows looking down onto the main street in Limerick. Breakfast of cereal, fruit, toast, bread and cheese is 8Euro, cooked is 12Euro. The waiter was very reaxed and attentive and food good quality. I would say this was one of the best hotels in the city. I got very cheap deals by searching about online.
