Special thanks to Fr. John O’Shea and his co-celebrant Fr. To Sinead, Caroline, Jackie, Cora and all our wonderful neighbours and family who provided food and refreshments at our house during George's time there. To our family and friends who travelled from the US, Russia, UK, Cork and elsewhere in Ireland to be with us and George’s dear friends who travelled en masse from Doolin and Clare. To all our work colleagues who were so supportive during George's illness, and especially George's friends Morgan & Sharon McDonogh, Willie and Kay Gorman and Joe Keane whose doors and hearts were always open to George. To Pat Bourke, John Griffin and all the local lads who prepared George's grave so beautifully and managed traffic during his funeral and to Michael Downey for his kindness and professionalism - we thank you all so much. As it would not be possible to mention each person individually, we would like to ask that this Acknowledgement be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
