A HOMELESS man who appeared in court on Monday following at incident at the Quality Hotel over the weekend was last night admitted to the Central Mental Hospital in Dublin.
Previously John Ughamadu 25, of O'Connnell Avenue was detained at Roxboro Garda station after he was refused access to the CMH due to a lack of space.
"I have been informed he has been moved there. He is due in court this Wednesday but he may be retained in hospital. I am not yet sure what is happening," his solicitor Ted McCarthy said.
